 By purchasing from us, participating in live sales, or using our website or social platforms, you agree to the following Terms, Shipping and Returns policies.

Crystals by Saba provides curated natural mineral and crystal products for decorative, collection, and personal enjoyment purposes.

By placing an order, you confirm that you:

All crystals sold are natural earth-formed minerals.

Natural characteristics may include:

These are not defects but part of the uniqueness of natural formations.

4. PURCHASING & CLAIMS

Live Sales, Story Sales & DM Claims

Items claimed via:

  • TikTok Live
  • Instagram Live
  • Story sales
  • Direct Messages
  • Invoice requests

constitute a binding purchase agreement.

Once claimed:

  • The item is removed from sale
  • Reserved exclusively for the customer
  • Cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

Failure to complete payment may result in future purchasing restrictions.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be completed within the timeframe advised during sale or invoice issue.

Orders remain property of Crystals by Saba until paid in full.

We reserve the right to cancel unpaid orders.

6. PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in AUD.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing without notice
  • Limit quantities
  • Run promotions at our discretion

Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.

7. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We strive to ensure all descriptions, pricing, availability and shipping information are accurate.

However, errors or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to:

  • Correct inaccuracies
  • Update information
  • Cancel or amend orders affected by errors (with refund where applicable).

8. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS

We may refuse, limit or cancel orders where permitted by law, including where:

  • Items are oversold or unavailable
  • Pricing errors occur
  • Duplicate live claims happen
  • Orders appear fraudulent or for resale purposes.

Customers will be notified and refunded where applicable.

 

9. OPEN BOX SHIPPING

Open Box Shipping allows multiple purchases to be combined.

Conditions:

  • Items may be held up to 30 days
  • Customer must request dispatch
  • We reserve the right to ship items after holding period ends.

10. SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
 Live sale periods may extend processing times.

Shipping Locations

  • Australia Wide
  • International shipping available upon request.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided once shipped.

Delivery times depend on courier services and are outside our control.

Packaging

All crystals are carefully wrapped using protective packaging materials.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details.
 Reshipping fees may apply for returned parcels.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once dispatched, parcels are handled by courier providers. We assist with investigations but cannot guarantee delivery timelines.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Size or colour expectations
  • Natural crystal features.

Live Sale Purchases

All live sale and DM claim purchases are final sale.

Damaged Items

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of item
  • Packaging images
  • Order details.

We will assess and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Approved Returns

Returns must:

  • Be approved prior to sending
  • Be returned in original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to remedies where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

We are not responsible for third-party policies, availability or performance. Use of these services is at your own risk.

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Written content

remains our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

14. PROHIBITED USE

You must not:

  • Copy or reproduce content
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Use content misleadingly
  • Distribute harmful software or misuse services.

Access may be restricted where necessary.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystals by Saba is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Courier delays
  • Misuse of products
  • Third-party service failures.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
