At Crystals by Saba, every crystal is carefully hand-selected for its beauty, quality, and uniqueness. As most pieces are natural, rare and one-of-a-kind, we encourage customers to read this policy before purchasing.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

💎 Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products:

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Incorrect personal choice
  • Size, colour or weight expectations
  • Energy or aesthetic preference after purchase

We provide detailed photos, videos, and live demonstrations so you can purchase confidently.

 

🛍️ Live Sale & DM Claims

All items claimed during:

  • TikTok or Instagram Live Sales
  • Story sales
  • DM claims or invoices

are considered final sale.

Once an item is claimed or invoiced, it is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability.

 

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging materials
  • Order details

We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

 

🌿 Natural Characteristics

Crystals are natural earth-formed minerals and may contain:

  • Inclusions
  • Natural fractures
  • Texture variations
  • Colour differences
  • Surface irregularities

These are not faults or defects, but part of their natural formation and uniqueness.

Returns will not be accepted for natural characteristics.

 

📮 Returns Approval

Returns will only be accepted if:

  • Approved by Crystals by Saba prior to return
  • Item is returned in original condition and packaging
  • We do not offer exchanges and refunds on "Perfectly Imperfect" items which are repaired items sold at a discounted price due to their physical & characteristic defects.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in original packaging. Crystals By Saba will not accept exchanges if the order is returned damaged or broken.
  • Our returns & exchange policy lasts 14 days from delivery.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty or damaged during transit.

 

 💳 Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible or via store credit
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Processing time: 3–7 business days after return inspection.

 

⚖️ Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for items that are:

  • Faulty
  • Not as described
  • Not fit for intended purpose
