At Crystals by Saba, every piece is carefully selected and packed with intention. As many of our crystals are one-of-a-kind natural formations, we take extra care to ensure they arrive safely to their new home.

Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are packed with care and dispatched within:

  • 2–5 business days from payment confirmation
  • During live sales, launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer due to order volume.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Australia Wide
  • International Shipping — available upon request (contact us to arrange quote)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated during promotions or live sales.

 

📮 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees apply to orders under promotional thresholds.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only within Australia unless stated otherwise. We currently offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all orders over $150 (sale items excluded)
  • Express shipping may be available upon request.

💎 Open Box Shipping (Community Favourite)

We offer Open Box Shipping for customers purchasing multiple items across live sales or multiple orders.

This means:

  • Your items can be safely held and combined into one shipment.
  • Helps save on shipping costs.
  • Boxes are securely stored until you request dispatch.

🧾 Tracking & Delivery

Once shipped:

  • Tracking details will be provided via message or email.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and courier services.
  • Deliveries to metro suburbs are approx. 1-3 days and regional 2-3 days.

Crystals by Saba is not responsible for courier delays once parcels have been dispatched.

 

⚠️ Fragile Items & Packaging

Crystals are natural and often delicate pieces.

We:

  • Carefully wrap each item using protective materials
  • Pack securely to minimise movement during transit
  • Treat every order as a collector shipment

Minor natural inclusions, textures, or formations are not defects — they are part of the beauty of natural minerals.

 

📦 Damaged Parcels

In the rare event your item arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Order details

We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

 

❗ Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

Crystals by Saba is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Parcels returned due to address errors

Reshipping fees may apply.

 

✨ Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels are handed to the courier, delivery is outside our control. However, we will always assist you in lodging investigations where required.
